About

Hello!

I’m Chrissie, I am a 20-something stay at home mom who loves to share stories, tips and tricks, and just about anything that comes to this spontaneous mind of mine!

In 2013, I gave birth to my angel Paislee at 24 weeks, she remained stable and healthy for 9 days when she became very ill and unfortunately I held her as her heart stopped beating on her 10th day with me. You may see me share on my own, as well as others’ experiences in the NICU. And surviving post partum depression alone, but also paired with devastating bereavement.

A few years later I had my gorgeous Violette! She instantly became the light of my life. She is a very spunky, smart little girl, as well as strong willed and active. She keeps me on my toes and expect to see a lot of content about this sweet heart!

A couple years following, I had my sweet, bubbly boy, Bjorn. He is a very strong, intelligent little man and overly passionate about his love for his mama. I never imagined the bond I could have with a son and feel incredibly blessed to have him! We thought we had the perfect family and were looking forward to the years ahead:

And then, SURPRISE, a few months later we discovered the nursing wasn’t the best form of birth control as we watched two lines once again form on an at home pregnancy test. We couldn’t be happier as we are expecting our 4th child! Since we have one of both, we decided to keep gender a surprise this time so stay tuned to find out!

When I am not on maternity, I am a part-time REALTOR in Rural Wisconsin. I enjoy helping people find their home and navigating the transportation seamlessly for them, I’ve met many wonderful people in this industry and can’t wait to see where it goes but also enjoying the healthy balance between raising babies and working on the side from home.

My wonderful husband, Micah, is a general contractor who specializes in garage doors. He can do any task at hand and does it to his level of perfection. He has provided a wonderful life for us, we have also built one small home together and have plans for a move to another build or project home as our family has out grown this home. You will see lots of content on that when the time comes, in the meantime, I may share here and there about his business and work, including how we work around his busy schedule and still maintain quality family time.

Let’s build something together!
